What is your Return Policy?We have a 30 day, no questions-asked return or exchange policy for all your eyewear. If you're not satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or exchange within 30days of reciept. Additionally, we have a lifetime Warranty on all of our frame and non-prescription lenses. Prescription lenses are not covered under our lifetime warranty program! Gift card purchases are non-refundable. What do I do I if I'm experiencing issues with my prescription?Sometimes it takes a few days to adjust to a new prescription , but if you're having ongoing trouble with your glasses, email us at service@shakas-glasses.com. We'll help determine the issue so that we can re-make your glasses and make sure that make sure that your prescription is just right! United StatesI've made an order on June 17 2020 and I'm currently writing this on October 29 2020 without the glasses I have ordered. I really like this brand but customer service is horrible no reply after dozens of emails and the phone number on the website doesn't work I hope this reaches someone that could help

They have been great glasses for her and recently when one of the arms broke, we reached out for warranty coverage and the translucent purple was out. Shaka’s gave us other options and we quickly got two replacement Tiffany blue arms! They look amazing and glasses are good as new!!!!
